Aggregated and cleansed results will be published and
participants provided the publications and other results at
no charge. Individual
responses will be kept fully confidential.
Having access to these results will enable the participants to better understand how their participation in the markets ranks with their peer groups and the common messages for improvement and assistance being expressed by other banks.
The survey has approximately 30 questions broken into
five categories: awareness
of the prepaid card industry; demographics
of the responding bank questions; for banks which already
offer network-branded cards;
questions for those that do not offer prepaid cards; and
questions about legal and regulatory issues.
It is primarily multiple choice but there are some areas which are free form to better capture original thoughts.
We estimate it should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete.
