Senior Consultants
Successful Senior Consultant candidates will meet the following requirements:
 | 10 years executive-level experience in banking or financial services operations with solid leadership and team-building skills, proven abilities in process improvement/redesign, and strong analytical abilities |
| Experience leveraging strategic technologies including business process management system (BPMS), contact centers, CRM, e-business, data warehouse, document management, and workflow systems |
| All consulting positions require a bachelor's degree (MBA a plus) and involve extensive travel |
