practice. The objective of this role is to expand Nolan’s
presence in the Medicaid space and work with clients to
deliver high-impact project results.

Lead service development for Nolan’s Medicaid
practice

Conduct and manage consulting projects in the
Medicaid space
|
|
Support sales and marketing activities in Nolan’s
Medicaid practice
|
|
Lead the development of intellectual capital
specific to the practice area
|
|
10+ years of operational experience in health plans
with a focus on managed Medicaid
|
|
Understanding and mastery of what makes Medicaid
plans successful
|
|
Understanding
and mastery of the nuances of Medicaid specific
processes:

Senior Consultants
Nolan Healthcare Senior Consultants are experienced
professionals who have a track record of helping healthcare
organizations improve operational performance, strategic
planning and execution, and information systems
effectiveness. The profile of a successful applicant
includes:
| Eight or more years of experience in operational
management of payer-side health care organizations |
| Experience in these functional areas: Membership,
Member Services, Claims, Provider Relations, Health
Services (UM, NCQA), Finance or Technology |
| Real world experience in one or more projects
involving: redesign of processes and organizations,
regulatory compliance, government programs (Medicaid,
Medicare), business requirements definition, applied
analytics, system implementations and conversions,
project management, quality improvement. |
| Master's degree preferred |
| Sense of humor—comfortable
working from boardroom to mail room |
| Ability to work in complex and demanding
environments |
| Strong interpersonal and communication skills |
| All consulting positions require a bachelor's degree
(MBA a plus) and involve extensive travel. |
