Senior Business Development Executive
The Nolan Company is seeking a senior business development executive to join our health care practice. This position is responsible for proactively developing new clients and projects in the health care industry, with emphasis on the payer space. This person will develop new clients, identify and sell project opportunities within clients, and oversee the successful outcome of those projects. Projects involve Nolan's core services in the areas of process, operations, and strategy with deep health care subject matter content.

Senior Consultants
Nolan Health Care Senior Consultants are experienced managers who can be successful change agents for our clients. The profile of a successful applicant includes:
 | Eight or more years of experience in operational management of payer-side health care organizations |
 | Experience in two or more of these functional areas: Membership, Member Services, Claims, Provider Relations, Health Services (UM, NCQA), Finance or Technology |
 | Real world experience with at least two of the following: team-based work environments, business requirements definition, system implementations and conversions, redesign of processes and organizations, project management or quality improvement programs |
 | Master's degree preferred—coursework in calculus or statistics is very desirable |
 | Sense of humor—comfortable working from boardroom to mail room |
 | Ability to work in complex and demanding environments |
 | Strong interpersonal and communication skills |
 | All consulting positions require a bachelor's degree (MBA a plus) and involve extensive travel. |
