Senior Consultants
Successful Senior Consultant candidates will meet the following requirements:
 | 10 or more years of experience in the insurance industry, with executive-level management experience in a major functional area such as claims, underwriting, customer service, IT, etc. |
| Hands-on operations management experience with solid leadership and team-building skills |
| Proven abilities in change management, process improvement and redesign, with strong analytical abilities |
| Strong interpersonal and communication skills |
| Experience leveraging strategic technologies including business process management system (BPMS), contact centers, CRM, e-business, data warehouse, document management, workflow systems, and core administrative systems such as underwriting and claims systems |
| All consulting positions require a bachelor's degree (MBA a plus) and involve extensive travel |
