Senior Consultants
10 or more years of experience in the insurance industry, with management experience in a
major functional area such as claims, underwriting, customer service, IT, etc. Hands-on operations management experience with solid leadership and
team-building skills. Proven abilities in change management, process improvement and redesign, and strong analytical abilities. Requires strong
interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience leveraging strategic
technologies including business process management system (BPMS),
contact centers, CRM, ebusiness, data warehouse, document
management, workflow systems, and core administrative systems such as
underwriting and claims systems.
All consulting positions require a bachelor's degree (MBA a plus) and involve extensive travel.
