INSURANCE CONSULTING

The Nolan Company is currently seeking experienced senior
property/casualty consultants for our insurance practice.
Successful Senior Consultant candidates will meet the following requirements:
 | 10 or more years of experience in the insurance
industry, with executive-level management experience in
a major functional area such as claims, underwriting,
service operations, information systems/IT, agency
operations, product development, and channel management.
|
| Hands-on operations management experience with solid
leadership and team-building skills |
| Proven abilities in program management, change
management, process improvement and redesign, with
strong analytical abilities |
| Strong interpersonal and communication skills |
| Experience leveraging strategic technologies
including business process management systems (BPM),
contact centers, mobile and internet, analytics, data
warehouse, document management, and core administrative
systems such as policy admin, underwriting, claims, and
agent/producer compensation. |
| All consulting positions require a bachelor's degree
(MBA a plus) and involve extensive travel |
