Jim Dean

Vice President


Jim Dean is a Vice President of the Robert E. Nolan Company and a member of the firm’s executive team. Jim has focused his career in the insurance, healthcare, and banking industries, domestically and internationally. Jim provides industry-level thought leadership through papers and speaking in such areas as Business and IT Strategy Development, Program and Project Management, Advanced Underwriting Solutions, and Consumer-Directed Healthcare.

Jim’s leadership experience includes operational areas such as: business & IT strategic planning; program/project management; enterprise systems integration; M&A delivery management; vendor evaluation and selection; process redesign and improvement; operational cost take-out; and workflow/image management. In addition, he has experience in the following areas:
