Ben DiSylvester

Chairman
 

Ben DiSylvester is Chairman of the Robert E. Nolan Company. For over thirty-five years, Ben has helped financial services organizations improve operational effectiveness by designing and implementing improvement processes. Ben joined Nolan in 1975, after he worked ten years for financial services organizations in operations improvement and systems planning. Since then he has consulted with numerous high-profile organizations.

Ben is a frequent speaker at national conferences on the subjects of technology, strategy alignment, process improvement and service quality. Among the conferences he has addressed are:

Ben has had articles on quality and reengineering published in national magazines and journals such as LOMA Resource and IASA’s The Interpreter. He co-authored a book, Improving Productivity Through Advanced Office Controls, published by AMACOM in 1980 and revised and reprinted by Krieger Publishing in 1991.

Ben holds an FLMI certification from the Life Office Management Association (LOMA); an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Massachusetts; and a BS in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
