As a leader in Nolan’s Healthcare practice, Stephen has nearly 20 years' consulting services industry experience leading successful engagements. He has worked extensively with executives in many healthcare organizations on initiatives ranging from: IT, Business and Operational strategies: alignment of Business and IT: benchmarking analytics, program management, enterprise systems governance, team building and staff mentoring.

Most recently, Stephen ran a consulting practice in healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that, he was a managing partner at Gartner Consulting and Diamond Management & Technology and began his career in professional services with Accenture.
