Nolan Chairman, Ben DiSylvester, presented the session entitled "How Much Is Too Much IT Cost?" at this conference which was held in Orlando.

June 4-7, 2006: NAVA Operations & Technology Conference

Ed Fenwick, Vice President, served on a panel for the session, No Passport Needed, at this event held in Tucson, Arizona. This panel discussed how to find and utilize horizontal knowledge across an organization.

June 4-7, 2006: 2006 IASA ANNUAL CONFERENCE

The Nolan Company sponsored keynote speaker, Rudy Giuliani, at this conference held in Boston, MA. The former New York City Mayor shared his thoughts on leadership on Monday, June 5th.

Nolan CEO, Dennis Sullivan, presented a session with our client, UnumProvident. The session was entitled, The Power of Process: Linking Process & Technology to Deliver Business Results, on June 4th from 3:30-5:00 p.m.

Steve Discher, Nolan Senior Vice President, also presented a session, Tackling the Ongoing Expense Challenge: Leave No Stone Unturned, with our client Capitol Indemnity Corporation. This session took place on Monday, June 5th from 1:45-3:15 p.m.

May 22-24, 2006: ACORD-LOMA Information Systems Forum

Jan Zoucha, Vice President of Human Resources at Assurity Life Insurance Company, presented the session, Fusing Process and Technology To Deliver Business Results, at this conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The session incorporated a case study of an enterprise process redesign initiative which was conducted by Nolan.

May 4-5, 2006: NAMCP Spring Managed Care Forum

Merit Smith, Nolan Vice President and Practice Director, presented a session at this health care event in Coronado Bay, California. Merit’s presentation was entitled, “Conflict Theory and Provider Contracting.”

April 24, 2006: AMIFS/BAI Profitability & Performance Measurement Conference

Nolan Practice Director, Rob Keene, spoke at this session entitled, “Teller Staffing & Scheduling Getting the Best Return” at this conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Rod Travers served on a panel addressing the topic of “Linking Business and IT” at this event which took place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Rod Travers, Nolan Senior Vice President, served on a panel at this conference in Tampa Bay, Florida. The panel offered the attendees perspectives on legacy systems renewal and replacement.

February 22-24, 2006: LOMA Customer Service Conference

Nolan Vice President, Ed Fenwick, co-presented a session on Staffing Models with Nolan client, New York Life.  The LOMA conference was held in Orlando, Florida.

FEBRUARY 8-10, 2006: LOMA EMERGING TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE

Rod Travers, Nolan Senior Vice President, served on the panel, "Wireless Strategies for an Evolving Insurance Industry," and provided a comprehensive overview of the current state of wireless/mobile technologies in the insurance industry. Learn about the future trends in wireless, and how to develop a wireless strategy that will result in increased productivity and improved customer service.
