Steve Discher is a Senior Partner, Carrier Practice – Nolan.  In this position, he brings great depth of experience and knowledge in operations, strategy, and information technology in the insurance and financial services industry. He has almost 40 years' experience assisting clients with setting and enabling business performance improvement programs. Steve spends the majority of his time with clients establishing, defining, and achieving financial and operational improvement initiatives.

Kurt Kohorst is a Senior Partner, Carrier Practice – Nolan. Kurt brings more than 25 years of insurance industry knowledge to his work with clients. He has held a number of senior operations executive leadership roles with a track record of driving breakthrough results. Kurt is passionate about developing talent and building high performing teams; a builder who enjoys working with startups, turnarounds, or any transformational change. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, certified in Prosci change management methodology, and is a Certified Outsourcing Professional.

Ray is an accomplished insurance industry executive and consultant with more than 35 years of industry experience and a demonstrated history of achieving results through teamwork and innovation. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in strategy development, operational effectiveness, improving customer experience, underwriting, profit optimization, turnarounds and agency management.
