He has held a number of senior operations executive leadership roles with a track record of driving breakthrough results. Kurt is passionate about developing talent and building high performing teams; a builder who enjoys working with startups, turnarounds, or any transformational change. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, certified in Prosci change management methodology, and is a Certified Outsourcing Professional.
